MSU offers some special treats for budding scientists in April:

Astronomy Day, Saturday, April 2, 1 to 4pm, Museum of the Rockies. A day of space science-related activities and events for kids and adults. Presentations, planetarium shows, kids activities and day and night-time observing (weather permitting).  Educators can get certified to handle NASA meteorite samples.   Meet a real astronaut.  Free.

NanoDays, Monday, April 11,  6pm to 8pm, Strand Union Ballrooms, MSU. Think small at NanoDays, where we celebrate nanoscale science and engineering with hands-on activities for all ages. Play with magnetic liquid, try on a scientists’ clean suit, and help us build a giant carbon nanotube. Free.

Expanding Your Horizons, Saturday, April 30, MSU. A full day of science and engineering for middle school-aged girls. For 25 years, EYH has introduced girls to great careers and studies in science, engineering, technology and math. Registration is now open.
