Kudos to the 5 local Destination ImagiNation teams that won at the state level and are now going on to compete at the national level in Knoxville, TN.   The teams hail from Bozeman PEAKS, Whittier School, Morning Star Elementary and Manhattan Christian.  Get the details here.

Props to the Bozeman High Robotics Team.  After winning the Rookie All-Star Team award last year in their debut, they followed up this year by winning the most Creative Design award.  Fifteen students will go on to compete in Spokane.  You can read more about it in the Bozeman Chronicle article or visit the BOTcave’s Facebook page.

Isn’t it great that these students are taking advantage of such good opportunities?   One robotics student has even won a $20,000 college scholarship from FIRST Robotics, the organization that sponsors the competitions.
