Being the parent of a gifted child can feel challenging and frustrating at times. You are not alone!  Join other parents to discuss the unique challenges that gifted children bring to families.

A Parent's Guide to Gifted ChildrenSENG, Supporting the Emotional Needs of the Gifted, is a non-profit organization devoted to helping parents just like you!  The SENG Model Parent Group is a forum for exchanging parenting wisdom and building a supportive dialogue.  The discussion will be led by trained SENG facilitators and will draw upon topics from a comprehensive handbook based in research. Each participant will need a copy of A Parent’s Guide to Gifted Children. We will focus our discussion on one chapter from this book each week.   Participants will pay a registration fee of $35, which includes the cost of the book.

What:           SENG Model Parent Group:  Supporting your Gifted Child

When:          Eight Tuesdays, January 14 through March 4, 6:00 – 7:00 PM

Where:        Bozeman High School library, 205 N. 11th Ave., Bozeman

Cost:             $35, which includes a copy of A Parent’s Guide to Gifted Children

Topics:        Communication, Motivation & Underachievement, Discipline and Self-Management, Intensity, Perfection & Stress, etc.
